Earth and Space Science is a high school course designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of our planet, the solar system, and the universe. This interdisciplinary course covers topics such as geology, meteorology, oceanography, astronomy, and environmental science. Students will explore Earth's materials, processes, and history; atmospheric phenomena and climate; ocean currents and marine ecosystems; the structure and evolution of the cosmos; and the impact of human activities on Earth's systems. Through observations, experiments, and analysis of scientific data, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Earth and space sciences. This course aims to foster scientific literacy, critical thinking, and an appreciation for the complexities of the Earth and the universe, preparing students for further studies in science.
