To help enhance students' learning outcomes, each student is assigned a bilingual Learning Coach who helps address academic or technical challenges, facilitates communication between students and teachers, and serves as an important link between home and school by reporting students' academic progress in a timely manner using their bilingual advantage.

Reporting:Holding virtual meetings with students every two weeks and writing a report every two weeks, which covers the student's academic progress, social-emotional skills, and personal development goals.
Sharing:Sharing reports with parents every two weeks and having phone calls with parents to discuss the student's progress.
Tracy Tan
Young mentor in the United States, a master’s degree from Harvard University School of Education ; a…… bachelor’s degree from Boston College with a double degree in computer science and educational psychology. Graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Education with a master’s degree in technology innovation education. During her time at Harvard, she was very interested in constructivist teaching philosophy and did many projects related to mathematics, virtual reality and augmented reality. She then co-founded Chitchat VR with her colleagues at the Harvard Innovation Lab. At the same time, she stayed at Harvard University as a researcher to design courses.

Her rich experience in China and the United States allows her to understand how to help students adapt to a cross-cultural environment more quickly. She is good at listening to the voices of parents and students and helps students in the United States to plan scientifically to help them realize the “American Dream”.

She has studied and worked in the United States for seven years, specializing in the field of education. She has worked as a teacher in several elementary and high schools in Oregon, Texas, and Missouri, as well as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has worked with students of different ages in her rich work experience, and strongly believes that education is the key to shaping the future and hopes to help more international students and contribute to their growth and development.
